Having completed my secondary education I continued my studies at MCAST. There I followed a BTEC course achieving a National Diploma followed by a Higher National Diploma and finally achieving B.Sc. (Hons) in Construction engineering.
The chance of working with both small and large companies has given me the opportunity to discover more about my skill set in the working environment. Working on different types of projects I have learnt the level of detail that would be required and most importantly, when it is required thus performing more efficiently. I am currently working on the architectural phase of Portomaso Laguna Apartments, a high-end project in both design, architecture and finishing.
Working with a team with many experienced people contributing their knowledge from their backgrounds and experiences, leads to various possible options and solutions to arising problems. My goal is to make sure that a suitable decision is taken to reflect the desired outcome of both the company and clients’ requests. This allows more learning opportunities thus achieving more.
In my ‘free’ time I enjoy getting my hands dirty in various activities - from simply DIY ideas to classic car restorations especially the mechanical aspect although I do try to have a go at anything related to cars. Over the years I have also acquired technical skills especially by being part of the Audio team at Youth Fellowship. I am also an enthusiast of automotive sports and classic cars (particularly Minis). Unlike many others, while I greatly appreciate preparing and eating a good steak, I don't particularly like chocolates.
